Megan is skilled in a range of counselling and psychological therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She incorporates psycho-education, mindfulness and relaxation strategies into therapy, and aims to empower clients to use the these tools to manage their personal situations.
