Megan O'Connor

B.A (Psych), Dip.Ed, P.Grad.Dip. Psych, M. Psych (Ed & Dev)
Registered Psychologist

Megan is a warm and non judgemental psychologist who helps clients create meaningful action in their lives. She has a Masters degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology, and works with children aged 8+ years, adolescents and adults.


Megan has worked in school and private practice settings for over a decade. She has particular interests in helping clients navigate difficulties with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, depression, transitions, and individual learning needs.


Megan's goal is to help clients lead a values-centred life. She uses evidence-based therapeutic strategies to help clients identify their values and find ways to live congruently and meaningfully.

Megan is an AHPRA registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists inc. She is also a registered psychology supervisor.

In her (limited) spare time, Megan enjoys practising yoga, reading, gardening, being in nature, and speaking French. She lives locally with her husband and two young children.
